What are your fees?
We work on a fixed-fee basis — you'll know exactly what you pay every month before we start. No hidden charges, no hourly rates, no year-end surprises. Our fees depend on the complexity of your business, so we'll provide a tailored quote after a free consultation. Most sole traders start from around £75/month, and limited companies from around £125/month.
How do I switch accountant?
Switching is easier than you think — we handle the entire process. We contact your existing accountant, arrange the handover of records, and get everything set up on our side. There's usually no break in service, and we make the transition as smooth as possible. Most switches take 1-2 weeks.
Do you work with clients outside London?
Absolutely. While we're based in South East London, we serve clients across the entire UK. Everything we do is cloud-based, and communication happens via WhatsApp, phone, email, and video calls. Geography is no barrier — many of our clients have never visited our office.
How quickly can you start?
For new businesses, we can usually get you set up within 24-48 hours. For existing businesses switching from another accountant, the handover typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on your previous accountant's responsiveness. Either way, we move fast.
What cloud accounting software do you use?
We work with all the major platforms — Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and FreeAgent. If you're already on one, great — we'll slot right in. If you're starting fresh, we'll recommend the best platform for your business and set it up for you at no extra cost.
